All shipments are tracked and signed.
Due to the nature of Hello Aloe products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a product you receive fails to meet our high standards.
If you have received a damaged product or have any concerns about your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you.
Hello Aloe is not responsible for any additional costs for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of packages lost in transit as this is out of our control.
If you need to return a damaged product we recommend using a delivery option with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items.
File a claim with postal services if your package is mistreated in transit.
